VICIDIAL Server, looking for someone for setup

Hi,
I´m allways interested in the basics and so I started setting up the VICIdial suit on CentOS 6.5 following a howto.

Because we have to start soon I would like to put the job in good hands to setup the software for our individual needs:

- We have two products, so we need two different campaigns
- We need different Carriers
- We are running our own call center, so we have own agents which will use our own Carrier because we will pay for the minutes
- At the same time subcontractor might log in to our system and sell campaign 1 or 2, but we have to define their Carrier so that they might pay their own phone bill

For each campaign they are more then one list with contact datas
For each agent we might specify for which list he has access to
For example: campaign 1 contains list1, list2, list3, list4
=> agent 1 is enabled for campaign 1 and has access to list1, list2
=> agent 2 is enabled for campaign 1 and has access to list2, list3
=> agent 3 is enabled for campaign 1 and has access to list4

We need additional fields for the lists!

Agents might record the calls on demand, they can replay the recordings to check but they are not able to edit or upload recorings.

All described above is for outbound campaigns.

In addition we need to config two inbound lines with 10 inbound agents, where inbound calls are routed to a free inbound agent. If no one is available there is a waiting music and if within a specific time no agent is available the caller ends on a answering maschine.

The amount of time would require choosing a service level (most "flat rate" items are pretty much assumed to be at Priority and can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on present load).

There are also items in our catalog to configure a Campaign and a Phone. Lists are usually handled by the client after training, but we charge $25 for priority installation if a client doesn't have the time (happens more than you'd think, LOL).
