Inbound Phone goes straight to voicemail

One of my inbound phone numbers, without making any changes to the settings, now goes straight to voicemail. I cannot figure out how this happened and again all the VICI settings are correct and nothing was changed. I tried changing a few settings (i.e. phone to exten, etc.) but with the same results. Has anyone had this problem before? This actually happened on another phone line a few weeks ago and I simply changed the extension over to another available phone number in our system and it worked fine. However, I cannot do that this time since I am out of unused numbers and the person's extension is actively used (on her business cards, etc.) Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using VICI version 2.8-426a, Build 140214-1643. Thanks!
