Asterisk Version - 1.8.23.0

Facing and issue when trying to access call Recordings from User stats

http://ipaddress/RECORDINGS/VJL_PI_524_ ... 98-all.wav

But works fine when acess with the below url

http://ipaddress/RECORDINGS/ORIG/VJL_PI ... 98-all.wav

Have you enabled the RECORDINGS directory to be accesible through apache?
