Unable to configure DID on clustered server

I have setup a clustered load balancing setup of Vicidial (3 Single Server setup of ViciBox.i686-4.0.1 ISO)
Server 1 (Asterisk & Apache), Server 2 (Mysql), Server 3 (Asterisk)

2 Port Digium PRI card configured (E1) on server 1 & 3 (All together 120 ports - 4 PRI lines used)

Now the problem that i am facing is that i am unable to configure DIDs of PRI lines used on Server 3

I am using the same GUI of Server 1 to configure the DID as Apache on Server 3 is diabled.

Where am i going wrong?
