A colleague suggested I try the Agent Lead search functionality. I set it to one of the campaign options however it limits the numbers they can dial.

I believe I have found the reason for this behavior. The option labeled "Search existing Leads" is selected by default on the manual dial interface. Is there a way to have it be unchecked by default or disabled (preferred option)?
