Hi Matt,

What classifies someone as a consultant and how do they get on that consultant list? One of them is Asteriskneeds.com. I asked them to create a custom report for me and they never delivered the product even though i paid $400 USD in advance which i now can't redeem and they do not call me back or anything. These guys are scammers. I've registered a complaint with Paypal but they can't do anything if it's not a physical product.

Paypal should be able to give you a physical address. Then you take it up with the local constabulary.

If you are having a problem with a company on the consultants list that is not resolved, please send an email to sales@vicidial.com with you full and detailed complaint. We will try to contact the company and resolve the issue. We have de-listed companies that were on that list because of customer complaints.
