Unable to dial next lead - Manual dial

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could please assist me. I've setup a manual dial campaign and loaded in some test numbers to work through.

When I dial out it rings the lead but when either the agent or the 3rd party hang up, no matter what I disposition the lead it won't let go any further to dial the next lead. I'm stuck with only the hangup option available. The message on the agent screen shows as No Live Call and the status as STATUS: Called: xxxxxxxx

If someone could please assist further. Thanks!
