Multi-Clustered Inbound servers

Hello Everyone,

Good day!

Just want to verify regarding my scenario I am working on right now.

100 agents (inbound account)
1 - DB
2 - Dialers/Web
2 - Dialer

Here are my questions:
1. My 2 Dialer/Web server should have the same Phone extensions and user content?
2. In order to make it load balance will I register my (100) agents softphone into 4 Dialers?
e.g. (25) agents ---- Dialer1 ; (25) agents ---- Dialer2 ; (25) agents ---- Dialer3 ; (25) agents ---- Dialer4
3. The same thing with my Carriers, it should configured in my (2) Dialers/Web?
4. How will the inbound calls distributed in my (4) Dialers?
