Predictive dialling not working after database restore

Hi,

After restoring a database backup to a new server I'm having issues with predictive dialling working (it used to work fine). All calls are returning as PDROP in the vicidial_log table. Changing the campaign to Manual dial seems to work fine. If anyone can assist I'd be most grateful.
