Hi would like to ask help regarding my Comment box field on agent Menu, i populate it during the calls but when i tried to review and find that details i already lost the information i did put on my comment box in agent menu...any idea on this Guys..Please help.Thanks

Do you have QC Features enabled in the Admin -> System Settings? If so, that's how it is supposed to work. You may also want to consider enabling Per Call Notes in the Campaign settings.

Ruben, are you using the regular vicidial comments box in the grey interface or did you link to it in the custom fields form?
