Is it possible for one agent to call another? Not as a consultative transfer but an internal call between agents.

Simply dial the agents number on you phone? That would only work with on-hook agents so i would suggest giving each phone a 2nd extension which is not being used when each agent logs in but you can use it for agents to dial each other.

Thanks for the suggestion, dspaan. I have a feeling it won't go over very well with the customer. But, I guess, if there is no other viable option, they will have to learn to like it.
