Hi guys i have issue regarding CALLBACK set by agent as admin i would like to re assigned to different agents it and it works perfectly but when i try to re schedule the date and time somehow, the calendar does not appear somehow on it even the admin permission is set all to 1 already..any thoughts somehow..? guys Thanks a lot
