How to sent customers phone number as a caller ID

Hello,

We are just starting out a live transfer campaign. We need to transfer customer to a different call center for closing purposes. How we can sent customers phone number as a caller ID to the 3rd party call center? at the moment When we transfer them its our call center number that appears in CALL CENTER CLI.

What to do? please advice.
