I NEED TO CHANGE THE INTERNET BUT I AM NEW TO VICIDIAL AND SERVER WITH LINUX AND I DONT KNOW WELL HOW TO CHANGE THE CONECTION FROM THE OLD TO THE NEW ONE.I USE A ROUTER BUIL IN A COMPUTER AND REMOTING WITH IPCOP.

I think the big issue you may run into is going to be your VoIP provider, you really did not list much information as far as that goes. But some VoIP providers (like xcast) will connect directly through your IP address, other VOIP providers user a registration string, in that case, you should have very little issue reconnecting after a internet change. Just make sure once you chance your provider you run the /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl just to be on the safe side and click yes on all of the answers,
