Archive Server Not Working

Hello,

I'm trying to create another Archieve server but seems to not working.

Summary of what I did.

Server 1. On vicibox-install, I choose archieve server as No.
Server 2. On vicibox-install, I provided the Database Server IP as of Server 1 and choose archieve server as Yes.

Still recordings were not moving.

Then I manually edited the astgui.conf and replaced the default FTP configs with mine. Still it's not working. Anything else I'm missing?

Also, I have checked the FTP Login on ftp://Server2/Recordings, and I'm successfully able to login, but no recordings are there.

Already gone through the document many times, may be I'm missing something. Can anyone please help?

is the ftp scripts in crontab for the server 2?
check the logs /var/log/astguiclient/
run the ftp scripts manually to check if they tell you something
