So im testing out a new carrier an im getting about 50% of the calls being cancelled(regular carrier doesn't have this problem). In reading various posts i have concluded that (in my situation at least), this is caused because of no audio. So my primary provider has a ping time of about 7-9 ms, where the new provider is about 38-41 ms. I THINK there is an issue with the difference in lag time AND AMD(being to short) which is causing the cancel to happen. Is there a way to override the config files setting for 8369 extension and put the in the dial plan in the carrier setting area?

I'm having the same problem with the same provider.
Does anyone have any idea on this one?
Thanks.

Try a different carrier.

Matt, thanks for the reply. Are there any providers that you can recommend that work well with ViciDial. I've tried 3 in the last month that seem to have issues.
Thanks
