xubuntu softphone to connect to Vicidial ?

i have changed all the agent OS to xubuntu 12,04 and i want to find a softphone like xLite is for windows.
Is there any phone that can work like xLite but it is for linux ?

i used xLite with Wine in linux but it had audio latency.

Dont know why but they dont connect with server??
And i think that they dont have Recording feature.

I use ekiga on debian installs
why not let vicidial do the recording?

I wanted to use a softphone to do the recording.so that the agent records only the needed part.
