Can we listen to the recordings using the web-interface or GUI? The web page has a record button. Where do we retrieve those recording from.

You can listen to the recordings by downloading it from the server using scp or ftp and going to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor

if you want to listen to it via http.

Here's what to do.

chmod 777 /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/

cd /apache/documentroot

ln -s /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ .

Now the next thing you need to do is to open up the browser (firefox is preferred) type http://www.eflo.net and purchase the Agent and Manager's Manual
