After much searching I figured it out. I thought it had to be and actual "url" i.e; (
www.XXXXXXX.com), well it doesn't.
Go to Admin
Go to System Settings
Go to WebPhone URl - then insert - zoiperweb.php
It works fine.
I am not sure the reason for the zoiperweb_redirect.php because if you put it in the url "slot" it doesn't work.
So then I tried to copy and paste the doddlephone_redirect.php page and the settings were off, I changed the settings (after a little searching) and the doddle web phone would just try and load and I kept getting Java security errors. I tried a few different computers and no luck. Not sure if it's Java if it's that doddlephone needs to update Java on there side or what.
At this point it would be nice to have a 'free" web phone. For me I will probably just purchase the Zoiper WebPhone, but free would be great for a smaller call center.
Lastly I found that load balancing the soft phones was super easy. Once the user end is set up it's all automatic and works like a charm. Vicidicl you guys are awesome.
