Hi All,

I am planing to buy any hosting server to install vicidial on cloud. Can you please suggest me, any best hosting provider on less cost or let me know if any one providing such facility. Please suggest server configuration also if I am planing for 25 agents.

Please be aware (forum readers correct me) that as far as i know Vicidial must have a Digium or Sangoma Card if more than 5 agents for providing timer. (That can be a timer only usb such as Sangoma T50), so all cloud provider won't be suitable for hosting, you should bring your on device in machine room or use a provider wich does this. You'll find one here.
It's because Vicidial make intense use of app_meetme that itself relies on a Hardware time. Most often it won't work with an unspecialized cloud provider.

A timer card is not a requirement, but it is strongly recommended for systems with more than 5 agents, especially if you will be heavy auto-dialing.

At Vicihost, we actually use the Amfeltec PCIexpress timers, they are much more reliable than the USB timers.

I am located in India. I have few clients and they are running center with more then 40 agents on dual server without any card. But yes server installed on local location and server have high configuration.

Can you please let me know, will you provide me hosted dialer as a vendor? Please provide me your email ID or email me on udy786@gmail.com. Currently I am providing support to my clients for vicidial. They have server located on local location. I am planing to provide me them dialer on cloud so it will reduce client's cost and also i can handle more client from remote location easily.
