Hello,
I just used the CALL CARD functions for inbound calls,but I found that the balance_minutes of card_id didn't update automaticly since the agent received the calls,is there anyone tell me why?How to modify?Thank you!
DATA in SQL(before call):
card_id=********
balance_minutes:50
balance_minutes_start:50
agent_talk_min:0
DATA in SQL(after call):
card_id=********
balance_minutes:50
balance_minutes_start:50
agent_talk_min:2
and we can see the balance_minutes was not updated!

Have you read the CALLCARD.txt doc?
Keep in mind that this feature set was last updated over 4.5 years ago and we have no clients actively using it, so it is not regularly tested.
