Haven't touched that feature in over 4 years, there is a doc that gives an overview of how it works, CALLCARD.txt, here's what's in it:

As of the 2.4 version we have added an optional callcard system to allow calls from customers to agents with timers and balances associated with card pin numbers. This is a highly customized system so it will take some work to get it running, it is not designed to work out of the box, but the framework is in place.
# Calling Cards feature is used for ID numbers to be used for agent talk time. There are several applications for this including: paid support queues, chat lines, advisor services, financial advice, legal services. The system consists of an AGI script that takes calls in, asks for and validates the pin/status/balance and sends them to a defined in-group, then the deduction of time from the customer's account starts once the agent receives the call. Also, there will be an option for an alert to low balance injected into the calling session.

For the calls to be properly logged, use these settings(or add to existing URLs) in the in-group that is handling these calls:

- Dispo URL: "&callcard=--A--talk_time_min--B--"
