By default in the CAMPAIGN view, there is a section that says
LEAD RECYCLING WITHIN THIS CAMPAIGN
According to this, if a number is not answered after 10 calls (the maximum value) it is not called anymore, can I reset this value? Or have those numbers to be dialed again after 10 failed attemps?

I would not recommend using lead recycling for anyting by Busy calls. When you span several hours or longer for your recycling interval strange things start to happen. You should use the dial statuses and list resetting to call leads multiple times.

I think 10 attempts it's enough, but if you want more attempts you can use:
1. The section Add A Dial Status
2. With a sql sentence you can modify the called_count field in the list table.
I recommend the first one
