Vicidial Installation issue

Hi,

I just installed Vicidial onto my CentOS machine but i am unable to login to the /vicidial/admin.php page even after entering default 6666/1234 credentials.

It's always saying "Login incorrect, please try again: |||BAD| "

Can you please let me know if i did something wrong?.


The following screens are running on my server currently.

# screen -ls
There are screens on:
21908.ASTVDauto (Detached)
2819.ASTfastlog (Detached)
4830.ASTVDadapt (Detached)
4836.ASTconf3way (Detached)
2520.asterisk (Detached)
5 Sockets in /var/run/screen/S-root.


Please help.

Just an FYI..

When i stop mysql server the php page will say can't connect to mysql server . So i believe mysql connectivity is fine with the server.

Any help would be appreciated.

which document you are using to install in centos..

your screen -list showing only 5

And Also if i execute following command i am getting an error

/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_manager_listen.pl --debug
----- DEBUGING ENABLED -----

unknown remote host: at /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_manager_listen.pl line 227

Am i doing something wrong?. If yes how can i rectify it?.

make sure you follow each step and outputs without any error.

did run the below command at last.

/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --old-server_ip=10.10.10.15

did u disabled selinux and firewall

Do i need to put --old-server_ip=10.10.10.15 is that a requirement?.

I did below command
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --old-server_ip=MY_PUBLIC_VPS_IP

you need to run with 10.10.10.15
