I am not sure why but my agents are allowed to set the call backs but when they dispose off a call as a CALLBK, I do not get the calendar. What am I missing here.
Here is my system setting
VERSION: 2.9-441a
BUILD: 140612-1628

I even changed the level of users to 7 from 1 but I am still not getting calendar when I dispose off a call.

Are your users set to use scheduled callbacks? Is your campaign set to use scheduled callbacks?

Hi mflorell. Yes my agents are set to use schedualed callbacks and my campaign is also set to use scheduled call backs. I am dumb founded as to what could be hapenning...any help will be greatly appreciated

Is the CALLBK status set with the Scheduled Callback flag in System Statuses?
