how can i reduce wait time??

we have 6 agents dialing wait time is 2-3 min how do i reduce it and get continues calls??
my current setup is shown below..
dial method= Ratio
autodial level= 2

One change that might have some effect if you have a lot of disconnects
Admin -> System Settings -> Enhanced Disconnect Logging -> set to 1

else you need to find out what is causing the wait-time, maybe you got a list with lots of No Answer, then you maybe dont want to set NA as a dial status to prevent calling them again.
raise the auto dial level to 3 or higher and watch the drop rate

Could be many things make sure you're not having any congestion issues with you're carrier. Also check you're asterisk CLI's for errors and then it could also be the actual data you're dialing
