Block Softhone Lines ! (Xlite)

Hello

I want to block the second line of Xlite.So that the agents cant use it to make calls directly from Xlite but only through Vicidial.

Can this be done ?

Just create a Call Menu that has a short audio prompt then hangs up. Then set the "Phone Context" of the phone entries to that new Call Menu ID. Then the agents will not be able to dial out with their phones outside of the vicidial agent interface.
