help with go auto dial

please help setup inbound number. we have outbound setup in go auto dial. we have a sip account for a inbound number via telng. We have a DID setup within the go autodial system however the inbound line does not work. Could anyone please help?

check your sip settings for that carrier if it has

context=trunkinbound
