leads in hopper...now what?

Ok, I loaded the dummy leads, and got an agent to get called on Ekiga...that was slick

I'm not really sure what do next. Right now I'm not able to connect to an outside peer, so I can't connect for "SIP trunking", no PSTN dialing yet. Maybe I'll just edit the db to dial ext 102 over and over, something like that?

I want to go through the workflow for an agent, and maybe transfer or conference call to another agent (closer).

I would say that you should buy a manual and start reading. There are tons and tons of features in vicidial to get up to speed on.
