Hello All,
i ve three vicibox 6.0: one db server two web/telephony server. Only outbound. Why built-in iax trunks codec are forced to ulaw?
I use g729 from seats to all my carriers, but when a call made by server1 is passed to a conference in server 2, i've transcoding.

Everything going into meetme is transcoded to slin, so the IAX trunks being ulaw should actually improve performance on your system over using G729 for those legs of those calls.

So is not fundamental that my carrier leg and my extension leg must have same codec?
