Ratio Dial works but Manual Dial Doesn't Pass to Agent

Postby jkidd » Sun Mar 08, 2015 6:21 am

Hi guys, have seen others with this, but no solutions seem to fix.

I have a problem where I can dial in ratio, but when I change to manual, the voice connects, but gives a dial time out message to agent (No live call indicator on screen)

Here is the trace

Are you in Canada by any chance? If so that`s just one of many symptoms of canadian carriers thinking they are too cool for international standards :P There's a special context you need to loop into that you'll find in extensions.conf.
