Telephony/Dialer server is not synching in Database

hi guys , i have a problem on our vicidial servers, it cannot sync our two dialers to our databse server, and when i view to ADMin>reports> + sign the time column is blank.. is there way to resolve it or any command to use?
thanks i realyy need your help.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method with version (very important here!).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Hi,

i can register my sofphone in the dialer/telephony server and it can also make calls directly, but when i try to log in as an agent its says time synchroniztion error. and also when i try to view in Vicidial>Reports>+_ the time column is blank

There could be a whole lot of problems since this is a non-standard installation.

Time sync error means that the DB value expected to be updated by the agent's web browser is not being updated at proper times. This could be due to a great many things, basic reasons: Time is off between the web server and the mysql system (set to different values). Agent's web browser does not have a valid constant connection to the web server. Scripts are not correctly generating the phone call to the agent upon login (but should be). And, of course, time is not synchronized properly between servers in a multiple server system.

WHY did you install from scratch instead of using the Vicibox.com .iso image? Ordinarily this is not a great idea, and can cause you to spend a month trying to get the system up instead of 30 minutes (plus configuration, three hours, LOL).

Note: "Cluster Server" is singular and plural at the same time. You'll need to explain that ... LOL 8-)

Not sure what plan you're on, but: Metered bandwidth with a fairly hefty overage charge. Be careful there if you plan heavy dialing. 20extra TB per month adds $200/month to your invoice.

With places like Vicihost and Poundteam colocations centers, you can both escape the "meter" and get Vicidial professionally installed and maintained. No more software challenges (and you can begin selling ...).
