database issue

Postby lalosegundo » Tue Mar 31, 2015 11:05 am

good day !!

I hope you can help me with this problem have a multi server VICIDIAL installed with ViciBox Redux version v.4.0.3, VERSION: 2.6-393a, BUILD: 130124-1721

the configuration is as follows:
server database DELL R720 12 processors, 32 GB RAM, 2 hard drives 600 Gb SAS 15K in RAID 1,
server slave database of the same characteristics
6 telephony servers DELL R320, 16 GB RAM, 2 hard drive 500gb SATA.
1 website R720, 16 processors, 16 GB RAM, 1 1TB hard drive.

have 280 signed agents in the system, work without problem taking calls until they have to for some reason have to change
its status ready to pause for recess or training for example, when the database is loaded queries with a status of "Waiting for table level lock" which
load on the server generates and encourages the system until the agents can not do anything on the web until the queries go, often i have to restart mysql and repair the databa base asterisk
so they can work again ..

any ideas?

If you have 280 agents, you need to be using an LSI Logic MegaRAID caching RAID controller. A Dell PERC card or LSI Logic chipset only doesn't count. We've been through this many times, and I can assure you it works.
