Vicidial Voicemail Time issue

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask an assistance that our voicemail is working fine but the issue here is the time it announced is 8 hours late.

I tried manually changing the time of our server but still the voicemail time is late.

Please help me fix this.

Is this a phone's voicemail box or a stand-alone voicemail box?

I see we have an understanding/assumption challenge.

Admin->Phones (choose your phone) "Local GMT"
Admin->Servers (choose your server) "Local GMT"
Cli response to:

date

which will include both a time and a time zone

which should match the previous request

which is the php timezone, just for fun

First, I would recommend upgrading your system, it is currently using code that is over 3 years old and there are significant security issues with the version you are using. In addition to that, we have added several new voicemail features since the version you are using.
