Hello,
Our campaign has 6 different languages and we need to send the predictive calls based upon the language spoken by the agent.i have read many forum threads that it is not possible to do with predictive dialing.
i want to know whether is there any custom solution from which we can achieve this requirement.

If you want to use predictive dialing you would need to use 6 different campaigns. For manual dialing you could use one campaign and use owner-only, no-hopper dialing. Predictive dialing is simply too complex to run a single campaign with 6 separate dialing groups within it.
