Unattended Broadcast campaign

Postby exander » Thu Apr 09, 2015 5:27 am

Hi to all,
I have setup a Broadcast campaign and I would like it starts without logged agents.
As written in the vicidial manual creating the campaign go autodial create also remote agents as I read in the manual but the campaign
start only if an agent is logged in and it use only one line.
How I can resolve the issue ?

Go Autodial version 3.0| Vicidial 2.7-401a | Installation from cd | Asterisk 1.8.23| SIP trunking | single server |

Do you have the "remote agent" active?
Do you have the "remote agent" set up as a user with a user level 4 or above?
Do you have the call times in the campaign set up correctly?

Once the Remote agent is active and the campaign is selected and the campaign is active, the remote agent will show in real time reports as pause until the call time is active. Hope this helps.

lastly make sure in the campaign that the "routing extension" is set up for a press 1 or broadcast campaign.

Hi,thank you for the answer:
Remote agent are ACTIVE
Campaign is ACTIVE
User level is 4 (number of agents 5)
Call time is 24 hours
Leads are in the hopper
routing extension is 8373 (AMD broadcast/Press 1)
But looking in real time campaign I don' see agents.
What mean campaign is selected ? Have I to launch the campaign ? In which way ?

Resolved, thank you for the help.
Go Autodial created a wrong numeric user id remote agent starting from 0 and without server IP address.
Changing user id number and updating the server ip address all work well.
Bye
