Hi,
have setup vicidial TTS campaign thou i have not purchased license from Cepstrali tested some calls to my cellphone. when i get call on my cellphonei hear Cepstral license msg and then it hangup. It seems all is well with my settings. Now when i go to Cepstral website to purchase there is a check box ( Include Save to File Feature $200.00) do i need to add this in purchase in order to work with ViciDial TTS Campaign ?
https://www.cepstral.com/store/telephony-server-linuxAnother questions: I have few custom fields for my list which i want to announce during TTS Survey camapign. is that possible or i can only announce fields which are in table vicidial_list ?
Please guide me on this.

Yes you will need the save-to-file option. Yes you can only use vicidial_list fields for TTS-generate audio.

Thank Matt for quick reply. One more information for future requirement . can we announce Text from external database or any other table from asterisk database ?

You would have to alter the AGI code to grab that kind of information. It is certainly possible though, we added a shipment tracking data element to one client's TTS system that used outside data.

Great, Which AGI script i will have to alter ? is it agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound.agi ?

Yes, as well as the VD_amd.agi script if you want it to work for Answering Machine or sent-to-message functions as well.
