Hello
is it possible to allow Agent see historical call notes without letting him to see whole call log entries. Or is it both connected and there is no other way to give him permissions to whole call log if i want call notes be visible?
now:
[vicidial]: ViciBox 6.0 Ast 1.8.29.0-vici | vd-2.10-448a-140706-0927 ------ SIP connected to GSM Gateway
[GSM Gateway]: Asterisk 1.8.29.0 | chan_dongle-1.1.r14 | 7x Huawei Dongles (E156G, E169, E1550 voice enabled)

Currently those are connected, so there is no way to remove the call data from the call notes when an agent views call history information.

so the only way to Agents use benefits of call notes is to give their group call log permissions?
