Well, call me blind, but when I got to Phase 6, Subphase 6.1, step 3 at the statement
click on the "PHONES" link at the top
I could not find a PHONES link in the admin page http://10.10.10.15/vicidial/admin.php

Sorry about that, you should click on "Admin" then you should see the Phones sub-menu. This is new in 2.0.3 and the documentation was not updated.

Speaking of which, the doc is not updated in SVN.
