LOAD_BALANCING.txt still accurate?

Postby Acidshock » Thu Apr 30, 2015 10:34 am

I was just wondering if any of the information in LOAD_BALANCING.txt is still accurate? Mainly two things:

1. In regards to changing the mentioned tables to memory engine.
2. Changing the dial delay.

The MEMORY table changes should work if your DB server has enough memory, although I must say we haven't had to make those changes recently except for very large systems(300+ agents).

As for the dial delay setting, I don't think I've used that in more than 4 years. We have very few clients with agent-only servers.
