inbound problem

Postby wolfie_cr » Thu Apr 30, 2015 11:12 am

Hi,

Using VERSION: 2.10-461a, BUILD: 141212-0930

A few months ago we successfully managed to setup an inbound campaign. Made an ingroup, setup DIDs, setup 1 inbound campaign, all works fine and dandy.

Today successfully created a new ingroup, pointed a DID at it and also put it in a new inbound campaign. When calling the new DID it rings to the old inbound campaign.

is the did extension the full number where we receive the calls? or is it more like the subacccount / account id at the carrier/voip provider?

You would have to look at the Asterisk CLI to figure out how your carrier is sending the calls to you.
