calls are not made, although VDhopper is picking the leads

hello everyone, hope you're good

i've vicidial VERSION: 2.4-364a, BUILD: 120409-1136
and asterisk 1.8.32.2

im new to asterisk and vicidial, the problem i have is that no calls are made although VDhopper is picking them

i run this command to see the output of VDhopper: /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhopper.pl --debugX

this is the summary of it

as you can see there is a lead in VDhopper, but when sendcron access the database the call is not made,

i checked everything i know from campaign to the remote agent and did,

does anyone have an idea about what the problem may be??

Could be quite a few things. Is your console outputting anything significant? Are those leads listed as dialable in your list/campaign settings? Are your timezone/time settings OK on those leads/campaign? What about dialing manually?
