GoAutoDial Carrier and extension issue

Postby clamere » Tue Apr 14, 2015 12:29 pm

Good afternoon everyone,
I am having an intersting issue with my new GAD setup. Specs below

Linux gogoautodialorg 2.6.18-404.el5 #1 SMP Tue Apr 7 12:42:54 EDT 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Asterisk 1.8.23.0-1_centos5go
This is a Scratch Install, Followed directions to the T, 0 errors
No Digium
Server is a Amazon AWS ec2 instance.
Single Server
Version 2.9rc1
DB Schema Version 1379
DB Schema Update Date 2015-04-13 12:08:04

If im missing any information i will gather it for anyone, and im sorry if i did

My problem im having is when i try to make a manual outbound call , get the message, "Im sorry that is not a valid extension". I dont know what im doing wrong as i literally copied and pasted everything from a test server that had no issues. Only issue i can see is the carrier setting saying " Campaigns: There are no campaigns using this carrier." When i have selected them, deleted, retried, recreated etc.
Below is the CLI log

Extension.conf lines that i added,
exten => _1NXXXXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@flowroute)
;Send NANPA (USA) as 11 digit
exten => _011.,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:3}@flowroute)
;dialing format - SIP/{countrycode}{number}@flowroute

Lines i added into sip.conf
[flowroute] ;keep this lowercase, do not change format
type=friend
secret=************
username=********
host=sipflowroutecom there is periods spam filters :(
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=inbound ;change to 'ext-did' or 'from-trunk' for asterisk@home
canreinvite=no
allow=ulaw
;allow=g729 ;uncomment this line if you have G.729 licenses installed.
insecure=port,invite
fromdomain=sipflowroutecom

I dont understand what has changed from the test server to now. Like i mentioned earlier, if anyone needs anymore information i would be more than happy to help. This is my first stab at asterisk and im excited to learn as much as possible. Thank you in advance!

If you look closely at the output you'll notice the extension being passed to asterisk is 113862653645, 1 digit too many. I'd bet you probably have the leading 1 both in your list (well, dialing field in case of a manual dial) and as a dial prefix to your campaign or something along those lines.
