How to bill reimder voice broadcast

I want to make a voice broadcasting system with ability to play variable amount based on each lead or person. the simple TTS program is available that can make WAV file from number string. my question is where I can put the command line in vicidial that makes sound file and play for 10000 person on the fly ?. for example YOUR_BILL_IS.WAV+$variable1.WAV+Hunderd.WAV+ $varaible2.wav+DOLLARS.WAV

In short, you create an extension that plays your file and set that EXTEN as the Routing extension in your campaign details. I seem to remember all that stuff is in the manual, you should grab a copy.
