How to acess reports without phone numbers

Hi,

I need to provide access to team leads to be able to do MIS related stuff. But I do not want them to be able to read/download the phone numbers of the leads. So essentially what I want is a user group which can download the reports but not able to view the phone numbers on those leads. ( The vendor lead code or lead id is ok to connect the lead to a phone number). Please let me know what all setting related changes I have to do.

There's 3 parameters you can play with in the user profile's Admin Report Options section. I'm pretty sure that's in the manual, you should grab a copy.
