Is possible to call to my own queue?

Postby wwwanaya » Thu May 07, 2015 1:13 pm

I want to make some test with an ingroup and one agent login into that ingroup.
I haven't a DID to route to my PBX. Is possible to create an extension on my own PBX and configure it to the DID form (When you're creating a new DID) to route this extension to the ingroup? ... I think no. I tried the following:

I create a phone, then I create a DID, and I put the extension that was created in to the form to create a new DID, then with eyebeam I call to that extension that I put in the DID i.e. 1000, but nothing happens, the call is sent to the extension, no to the DID router...

Have you an idea how I get this done?
Is the ever crazy idea you ever hear (or readed)? I think no

Thank you guys...

I am not sure I understand what you are trying to accomplish but perhaps the conversation here will help:

It would also help if you posted how you have your DID set up.
