300 seats setup (inbound + outbound ) - help required

Postby qkazmi514 » Tue Jun 02, 2015 5:08 am

We are planing to setup 300 seats setup in cluster environment.

Call will be 70% inbound and 30% will be outbound (predictive or manual )

E1 will be terminated at our end to make local calls. all calls will be local only.

Please let us know , how many servers we need and what should we install on each server.

thanks

Total number of live calls at any given moment MAXIMUM? (Including ringing calls, inbound calls, outbound calls, whatever)

E1 will have how many channels?

Do you intend to use Sangoma or Digium for your E1 cards? (Sangoma is cheaper ...)

Are you prepared to be raped on price by the company providing your E1 service? Why are you not using VOIP instead?

Define "local only" (which could mean you're only calling New York City from within New York city ... or that you're only calling within your country ...

Do you have to have the full system online on Day One or can you bring it up in stages?

For instance: You could start with a Four server cluster (1 DB, 1 Web, 2 Dialers) and add on as you grow your staff.

Do remember that your DB server should be the biggest baddest most powerful server you can afford, as there can be ONLY one and it is annoying to try to change out in mid-run (especially if you operate 24/7).
