Multiple / Duplicate entries in Hopper

Hello,

We have cluster setup of 3 asterisk-web and 1 DB. We have around 170 agents with RATIO dialing. And our dialing works fine.

We have one issue of duplicate entries in hopper. Due to this there are multiple calls gets fired.

I've seen this before when operators use the GUI list loader improperly, altho it was my understanding there were safeguards in place to prevent these duplication issues now. Can you verify that those duplicates are in the list as well as the hopper?

The list can not have the duplicate entries as the lead id is the primary key. There can be the duplicate phone numbers but in that case the lead id will be different.

In our case, the hopper is having duplicate entries having same lead id.

Also, will you please do let me know what you are talking about the list loader ?

The list loader is the tool you use to put leads form a CSV file into Vicidial tables.

I notice you are running very over capacity. The cluster you describe is 3 sizes too small and running a very old version of the software. Being over capacity can cause many strange and unexpected issues. I'd advise you first update to the latest SVN trunk, and then at least double your capacity. You'd need roughly 7 dedicated dialing servers, 4 web servers and a pretty powerful database machine to run 170 agents.
