Reports Mismatch in our IBM server

Hi all

We installed vicidial 2.11 version on centos 6.5 64bit by using below link

Our server specification is
Server Specifications :-
Server Model : IBM
Processor: Xeon CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2.10GHz
RAM : 55 GB
Hard Disk : SSD 500GB
Agents : 80
Channel type : Dhadi
Pri Lines : 4
calling Type : 30% inbound and 70% outbound

Our problem is the list which we uploaded for predictive dialling the dispositions will over ride
Example: - we have two dispositions in outbound campaign BKG-Booking Done and ENQ-Enquiry
and for inbound campaign we have BC-- Blank call and NC--- New client

For testing we created one campaign for predictive dialling and we upload 30 test leads for that campaign and tested calls
the calls which we received is passed through the agents and the leads which are ringing no response switched off Not reachable is self disposed by the server
and we made calls to the inbound campaign and agents selected the dispositions NC--New client and BC-- Blank call

When we extract the report from EXPORT CALL REPORT option some leads dispositions which outbound agents selected is over written by the inbound campaign dispositions
due to this we will not able to calculate the exact numbers

so please help us to fix this issue.

1) Advice: NEVER reply to your own post. It can cause those of us who watch this sort of thing to believe your post was "answered" and ignore it until we're less busy. Which is what happened here. I'd have been here a month ago if you had not "bumped" your own thread trying to get it serviced faster. In this BBS, that's counterproductive. :)

2) Please ALWAYS post your Vicidial Version With Build. Excellent that you posted the installation instructions, but this is the Vicidial forum and you're asking a Vicidial question, the Version with Build is a requirement for the Free Support on this forum. K? Next time ... :)

3) I'd prefer to see sample output so I could understand what you're talking about along with the URL that generated the output. There are a great many reports and an equal amount of confusion over which report generates what output (and accidentally running the wrong report is rampant!). I won't even begin to discuss how many "misunderstandings" there are about what each report actually represents. The headline for the report usually explains it "Technically", and often those reading the technical description decide it means something else because that's what they want it to show them. So without output and a URL, we can only suggest you may have run the wrong report ... or your installation is flawed in some fashion ... or your version is very old and perhaps broken by the goautodial code (a bit of that occurs, too, LOL).

You could try reinstalling with the Vicibox.com .iso and/or post more information about the problem (details! :) ), and we'll do our best to help out. 8-)

PS: I note you have 4 PRI lines. It would be helpful, also, if you included your PRI hardware (the card in the Vicidial server) in your signature. And be clear regarding how many total channels you have.
