Manual Dial Not working outbound(Not a valid Extension)

Hello guys i am new here i don't know when i try to using manual dial in goagent i cant make a call please give me an idea or maybe something wrong at my dialplan code thank you...

PS: also i want to make manual dial for all country.


exten => _8XXXXXXXXXX.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _8XXXXXXXXXX.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:10}@10001,,tTo)
exten => _8XXXXXXXXXX.,3,Hangup

i have sip.conf sir i just want to know if my dialplan is correct because cant make call if i suing manual dial but for auto dial no problem is working fine sir.

as per your dialplan

exten => _8XXXXXXXXXX.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:10}@10001,,tTo)

your dialling no should start with 8 and following digits should be more than 10
and once dialling it will discard the first 10 digit (${EXTEN:10} ) and dial the remaining nos via ur trunk 10001

now: what you have set the dialplan prefix in campaign
and what no you are dialling in manual mode.

any one can help me i already tired to fix this i cant make a call using manual
using this patter


exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)

exten => _X.,3,Hangup
(Exten incoreect)

if it take the 10 at {EXTEN:10} my manual work but my auto dial not works can make dial using auto dialer please any wont can help me please thank you

Post an asterisk cli example of both an autodial call and a manual dial call.

What is your dial prefix for the campaign? what is your manual dial prefix for the campaign?

Are we talking about manual dial direct from the phone, or by pushing the manual dial link in the agent screen?
